SABON is an international luxury cosmetics brand known for its unique fragrances and natural ingredients.
Its objective was to strengthen customer loyalty through a fully integrated digital platform for Royal Passport members, offering seamless access to benefits, personalized offers, and exclusive promotions within the eCommerce ecosystem.

Execution
Webcouture implemented the Royal Passport loyalty system directly within SABON’s website, as a fully integrated feature of the eCommerce ecosystem so that RP members can activate and manage their accounts, view and redeem exclusive discounts and rewards, access personalized offers based on purchase history, including early access to campaigns and enjoy unified benefits both online and in-store.
The solution is secure, responsive, and seamlessly connected to the website and checkout flow, ensuring a consistent omnichannel loyalty experience.
