ROOFNET – B2B Loyalty & Professional Platform
Challenge / Vision
GERARD brand is part of the global IKO METALS Europe NV, a pioneering manufacturer of stone-coated steel roof tiles, established in 1957 in New Zealand by Lou Fisher. Known for inventing the first steel roof tile.
GERARD needed a secure, closed-circuit B2B platform dedicated exclusively to professional sellers and roofers. The vision was to strengthen long-term partnerships by combining loyalty, professional education, and daily operational tools into a single ecosystem, fully connected to the public GERARD website.

Execution
We developed ROOFNET from scratch as a role-based professional platform structured around three key areas:
ROOFNET Loyalty Program – Manage professional teams, submit and issue warranty requests, showcase projects, earn loyalty points, handle quote requests, and communicate through integrated notifications.
ROOFNEST Online Store – A rewards shop where professionals can redeem loyalty points for useful professional and personal products.
ROOFER ACADEMY – A training section for professionals.
The platform is seamlessly integrated with the public website, allowing customers to request offers, configure roofing solutions, and evaluate professional services and partners.
